recently tried those for the first time on a trip to Vancouver. There's a brewery that makes makgeolli there locally, and when I was there to try some of their flavours, a group of Korean ladies at the table next to me shared some they had bought nearby. Even outside of Korea, their hospitality and generosity is amazing.
