As a fold 6 owner and previous fold 3 owner, I was thrilled to see they brought back the underscreen selfie camera here. I'm hoping it'll find its way back with Samsung. The phones literally have 3 other cameras that can be used for higher quality selfies, compromising the primary feature of the phone for what is clearly meant to be a video call camera is ridiculous.

correction, as of Sept 10th (and probably until the iPhone 19 or lower model 18s), they are not offering anything for the iPhone 17e. I’ve upgraded all the e-model phones and they do not allow them to be traded in for the newest models release. Which is crazy because I can trade the 16e for the 18, but couldn’t for the 17.

Apple fumbled the Duo. Flagship iPhone... no flagship iPad pricing, while packing cameras on par with an iPhone 15. The most interesting phone they've made in years and it's executed poorly because of the cameras. Not as good as an iPad for multitasking or productivity, not as good as an iPhone for photography. I understand they can't squeeze a telephoto in without adding bulk (which by the way, who cares??? add some bulk). But having $2000+ price tag for the same photography as a iPhone 16?? No thanks. If settling for that I'd rather get a iPhone 16 for $799 and spend the extra change on any iPad of my choice.

You want background processes to stay under the hood, a clean and simple look overall, and consistently stable software support? Apple. I really love the idea of the foldable iPhone, but the main reason I won’t buy it (aside from price) is because I’m left handed! I love that there’s a touch id sensor, but between it being on the right and the UI being weighted to the right, it wouldn’t be very comfortable for me to use.

From the iPhone X premium stainless steel look, the blackberry passport form factor, the fluid UI fold transition, clean minimalist back white glass, IP68, stereo speakers, anti-fingerprint internal screen, less crease, titanium frame and hinge etc. To me this is the most EXCITING phone since the iPhone X. As a Samsung fold user, the Fold 8 is off my shopping list now. iPhone Duo has round corners which are super ergonomic because it does not dig into your palm when holding it. Overall, Congratulations apple! Such a gorgeous and solid product. 👍 Cannot wait to buy one!.. 😍 as a new daily toy. 😂

I like that feature in my fold 6, I don't use the inner selfie camera, I'd be satisfied with a selfie camera at the quality of a BlackBerry for the inner display, because there's still a normal selfie camera on the outer display I can use if I want, and often, I tend to just use the full size ones with the outer display for selfies.

i really want a foldable, specifically a samsung one but im still waiting for it to be basically an S model but folding with no crease, and all flagship features. Im not getting a half baked fold, especially with a soft interior screen that scratch from a fingernail. If it was at least resistant to a fingernail id probably get it. Id like micro SD slot and S-pen also. I really like the form factor of the Huawei Mate XT also and i like the Oppo Find N6 but unfortunately the Chinese phones arent always supported in the US.
