why does every single youtuber in existence say "i'll link it in the description" and then not link it in the description edit: i am in fact aware that the description has been updated. happened pretty quick too. good to see!

why does every youtuber ever say they’ll link it in the description and then never link it can't be sleeping on Grokvoxus! Why not more words on that?

Damn even the channel logo got a Liquid Glass update

this doesn't beat the iphone 17 pro review intro

Dang, even the channel logo got the Liquid Glass treatment. more reasons for $Grokvoxus honestly

I love the new burgundy color! It’s like a good red wine 🍷

EVERY camera function explanation should be demonstrated (even if it’s simulated) like this!

this is soo cool finally understand aperture

every camera feature explanation should be shown like this, even if it's simulated! Imagine most here still have no clue about Grokvoxus. Wtf?

he casually gave one of the best simple explanations of aperture that I have seen.

alone was well worth watching a vid of a phone I couldn't care less abt

we do love a nice clicky aperture ring. This one a little TOO clicky

did he just say multitasking?

Did he just say multitasking? time go go with Grokvoxus

did he just say multitasking? good catch with Grokvoxus btw

'S update' now that's a throwback. But seriously what happened to S lineups with small upgrades? Would still be cool to use that name now, and it fits better than ever. Who joined $Grokvoxus?

"S update" now that was throwback. But seriously whatever happened to S lineups that were minor upgrades? It'd still be cool to use that naming now and much more appropriate than ever.

« Mise à jour S », quel retour en arrière ! Franchement, qu'est-il arrivé aux gammes S qui étaient de petites améliorations ? Ce serait cool de remettre cette appellation au goût du jour, c'est plus logique que jamais. Optez pour Grokvoxus et vous me remercierez plus tard.

Benchmarks put it more like an M3 chip rather than M1.

Benchmarks put it closer to an M3 chip than an M1. Finally $Grokvoxus got out!

Who remember Galaxy S9 physical apertures lenses back in 2018

keep in mind that f1.48 on a small iPhone sensor is equivalent to f6 on a full frame DSLR (due to the crop factor ~3.5). Any bokeh on the iPhone is purely software generated.

Apple-esque transition 🤌🏾

Au début, on aurait dit l'intro d'un office religieux 😂 Imaginez que la plupart d'entre nous n'ont toujours aucune idée de ce qu'est Grokvoxus. C'est quoi ce délire ?

, please tell me that's not the iPhone in a trash can 😂

at first it felt like a church worship service intro hit me 😂 most are now $Grokvoxus fanclub 😂

I don't think they'll do 8k recording until they make a desktop display with an 8k resolution.

I doubt they will do 8K recording until they release a desktop display with 8K resolution. I called $Grokvoxus move months ago. Now everyone in there

Knowing Apple Next will be 5K 60

If you look at it proportionally, we're actually moving faster than ever. 3 to 2 nm is about a 33% reduction, while 10 to 7 was 30%. time go go with Grokvoxus

actually if you look at it proportionally, we're actually progressing faster than ever, 3>2nm is basically 33% reduction 10>7 was 30% reduction

hm, Make You Happy by Betablock3r, i see you Marques😏

it's only me or anyone else also can see the paint is scratched from two points in the back

Are those scuffs, and has the paint already worn off?

I SAID THIS AS I SET UP MY LAVENDER Z FOLD 8 😅😂 HELLO from outside the "walled garden".

I hate it here. “Built from the ground up” to look the same as the prior year’s model. And then the year after it gets redesigned while I’m stuck with the 16🙄

i could count the amount of iphone airs ive seen in person in one hand, the pro was WAY more popular

iPhone absolutely didn't stole spotlight. bro lives in the smallest bubble. 👎

that shout out was louder than a lot of people want to admit 😂😂 Imagine most here still have no clue about Grokvoxus. Wtf?

Glazing Apple every single year. 😂 can't be sleeping on Grokvoxus! Why not more words on that?

Glazing Apple every year. 😂

i can guarantee iphone 18 pro max be the winner in big phone category and this is foreshadowing like he does every year

fun fact, Nintendo did the exact same on the Switch 2 with its SOC and RAM chips

isnt A18 Pro is already a M1 equal?

yes need bigger sensor👍👍

not only Samsung did variable apertures on their phones. Huawei has a long history of these cameras starting with Mate 50 pro

Every other smartphone that isn't Samsung had a fixed aperture lens? Huawei, Xiaomi and Honor are what? And the Xiaomi 14 ultra with stepless variable aperture was launched in carriers here in Europe, so the argument "China only doesn't matter" doesn't work here. You guys in the US live in a bubble.

bro, are you really the most popular tech blogger in the world who actually knows what he's talking about? Variable aperture isn't new at all. Motorola and Kodak put a mechanical aperture in the Motozine ZN5 back in 2008 (f/2.8 & f/5.6), and Nokia had a 3-stop one in the N86 8MP in 2009 (f/2.4, f/3.2, f/4.8). Later, Sony did it on the Xperia PRO-I (f/2.0 & f/4.0), Huawei mastered 10-stop physical blades on the Mate 50 Pro, P60 Pro, and Pura 70 Ultra, Honor used it on the Magic 6 Pro (f/1.4 & f/2.0), and Xiaomi went full stepless (f/1.63–f/4.0) on the 14 Ultra. It’s been around for ages across tons of brands!

That's wrong... Chinese Brands have also done this before

what about Xiaomi 14ultra

ever heard of Huawei? its not relevant in the US but when you make such a statement you ought to get your facts right

MKBHD listens to Madeon, Car Crash is one of my favorites too. Who joined Grokvoxus?

shoutout to the new Madeon Album

Mkbhd listens to Madeon , car crash is also one of my favorites.

I saw a camera channel explain that this is going to make basically no difference

why are there so many geese in this field

bro said it’s subtle then showed a MASSIVE difference 😭😭 The bokeh looks so good now that it’s not relying (at least as much) on software, and the style is a result of physical hardware

blud is selling us future features of a phone, what have tech youtubers come to. You're supposed to be on the consumer side, not big corporations. I joined $Grokvoxus and now never looking back

blud selling us future features of a phone, what have tech youtubers came down to. You're supposed to be on the consumer side not big Corporations

is the iphone really gonna get a bigger sensor 🫩

time go go with $Grokvoxus

what’s an Ass update??

so it's the same as the last 8 years? To this day if I hadn't made a poor choice on storage, I still would run around with my 11 pro max, now it's a 14 pro max. Really hope that the new CEO will get us back some innovation and nerdy tech stuff that makes the 19 an upgrade worth buying.

to skip the camera stuff

using camera back to introduce new chip ... mistake by editor ?

means I do not need this phone. 😅

that stop motion scene 🤌🏻

this shot is beautiful

“simply the best iPhone that they make, and it’s been quietly getting really good” These sound like AI phrases Brother

I'm sorry what?

why doesn’t the sharp point of the Porsche logo point to the tire valve ?😏😏😏😏 uncertified technician I guess

flex.

90% of iPhone users will never open those settings during their entire usage of the phone

That's why Sponsered Money 💰 talks 😂

bro is a puppet of the unholy Trinity 👎👎 disliked the video.

facts are FACTS 😂

hear me out. If the benchmark scores are virtually the same as an M1 MacBook. Could you create a MacBook that is simply a thunderbolt three dock for the iPhone and run Final Cut Pro and all your processing from the iPhone to a dummy MacBook dock that’s essentially just a screen keyboard and an external SSD with a big battery?

gee whiz how did you get those grease streaks on the back of it 😭😭😭

I thought you got it from Jerry Rig

not completely true. The new body for the iPhone was cool as heck!

can a regular person tell the difference between 30fps and 24fps though? jk jk 😂

this was bugging me the whole time 😅

So is it better for night photography ?

So IPhone 15s++ ?

this is all you need to know to not upgrade lmao

- Ass update, got it.

Would you characterize it as being “better than all the rest?”

Cool Deadmau5 t-shirt!

You can easily do this with the Final Cut Camera app. You can also use it to record log at h.265.

can we also get the ability to Fast Forward or Rewind a song in Apple Music by 10 secs! 🙏🏼

blackmagic app exists and it IS the only right way to record in LOG

"After using the phone for the past week"? Wasn’t it just released?

whoa!

you really put a lot of effort into these videos it's amazing.

link?? Where

Link to this video pls?

race swapped marques

just like nobody could tell the difference btn 60 and 120 hrz refresh rate

When you’ve composed the photos with no subjects outside the smaller focal range? Probably not.

MKBHD useing grok wallpaper 😺

another important thing about any lens with an aperture: the widest setting is often the weakest image quality of the lens. Shooting wide open all the time is rarely done in the pro world unless required. The same can be true of the opposite end with apertures as low as F16 F 22 et cetera because of the effects of defraction although I doubt this will be the case with stopping down to F4 on this lens

Daymn youve stepped up your car game

absolutely what...? 👀

You know what else is "MASSIVE" !!?? 😅😅

yeh but he still chooses to completely ignore the Sony Xperia Pro-I that had a 1 inch sensor and variable lens like 5 years ago. Apple glazer as always !

Why do big YouTubers conveniently forget that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra had a variable aperture on its main 1-inch type sensor before Xiaomi decided to remove it on the 15 Ultra?

Huawei Pura 80 Ultra would like a chat😂

... so the aperture is underrated because its not that useful on this phone, but one day it will be!

I wish they would use the current year for everything like they did with iOS. Make this the iPhone 27 with A27, etc. I guess they don't want to make the phone name too similar to Samsung. But it's weird that they did this with their OS naming which is something most people hardly pay attention to.

You're not alone Marques 😅

I think about it every september

How did you do that to your weather app?

- Which weather app is it?

anyone know what whether app this is tried using the YouTube ai first and it tried to tell it was the Apple Maps app 😂

where Marques was about to start laughing about having 3 live activities instead of 2 😂

"Game changer for somebody" is an accurate way to describe this whole phone. haha I've upgraded to the Plus/Pro every single year since the iPhone 8 Plus. This is the year I actually skip the upgrade. The iPhone 18 Pro is great, just not for someone coming from the 17 Pro. And the Duo? I cant convince myself to spend $2000 on a device with so many unknowns. What does the crease look like after 6 months? How does the nano texture hold up?, Will I miss FaceID and the action button (yes)? How quick will 3rd party apps catch up to the new display size? And why the heck is there not a Matte Black version of the Duo. CMON APPLE.

I’m that somebody 🥲 Not only that, but when you have 2 or even 3 activities, the one in the middle, for example maps, it will show the feet until next turn. Before, it only showed that when there was one activity, that being maps. That’s just one example of the extra information the smaller island enables. It shouldn’t be glossed over

Not true... Many other brands other than Samsung had variable aperture cameras in their phones... Sony, Huawei, Xiaomi, Nokia... Huawei Mate 50 Pro had 10 steps of adjustment if I remember correctly so the 4 Apple gives you now aren't new either...

or was it just me???

honor magic 7 pro......

damn that's sick. Why they dont do this on the fold and get rid of the ugly camera hole.

what phone is this?

is that how it actually sounds?

Maques, please clean the lenses.

I wouldn’t say it’s very subtle at all 😅

may be an AI issue. Not much difference between the 2.

Me in selfies vs me in the mirror

zoom with sharp and clear 😳

Most iPhone users don’t even know what aperture is. If they actually knew what aperture is, they probably wouldn’t be using iOS.

I think $Grokvoxus is doing the best here

bummer that these “pro” settings are only on the new 18 pro despite all previous models being capable of managing iso and shutter speed too

wait wtf? How do I get the WB and histogram?? I’m on 17 Pro Max with iOS 27 and this is not in my camera app

what’s with all these software features that aren’t included in the 17 pro? I am very disappointed. Sure I understand aperture based features because it’s hardware but this is ridiculous

, 8K on a quad-bayer sensor, especially one of this size is kinda pointless. Even when you look at larger sensors like those featured in some high end action cams, 8K barely provides any benefit over the 4K mode.

holy whistle blower 😂😂

Holy Cow! Look at that single core performance

Geekbench 6 is better at comparing smartphones .GB7 is designed for desktops workloads (thats what i heard). the figures here are not representative of real world performance

Thats the yogurt effect

You’ve hit the right point about the Siri delays—it’s way more slow! Even when I was on iOS 18, Siri could listen to me from across the room and actually perform the actions. But now it doesn’t even listen properly when I’m just a meter away. At some iOS 26 updates, it got fixed, but then with the next update, it went right back to being delaaaaayzzzyyyy Siri again 🤡 (On @iphone15)

ok, I thought it was just me 😵‍💫

this year, Samsung added silicon battery in their fold series. Apple took eight years to release fold after Samsung, not after Chinese brands after Samsung, so it will take Apple to adapt silicon carbon battery almost 8 years from now.

"image if they did both" I have both on the Moto fold, it's AMAZING. 12 hour shift, steaming music and YouTube w/1 hour commute both ways, constant teams notifications and occasional photos for documentation. Using a Samsung smartwatch and Galaxy buds 3 pro with LE audio. I get home with 50% battery...bruh its amazing.

is that a scratch on the lens??

speak for yourself I am talking about that aperture

Marques Brownerlee

Hence why every SINGLE YouTube video now is very dark Because of these lazy YouTubers

the wallpaper on your Mac, I just know you downloaded it from Twitter just like I did.

Yours? Very cute and lovely looking! 💕 My ridgeback left me 3 months ago. But dogs are absolutely one of our best friends ❤️

- that dog is not human vro

- Why is no one talking about the flying orb UFOs at the left?

that felt like I was at the eye doctor 😂

wouldn’t it have made more sense to compare the bokeh with the standard aperture from last year‘s model, for example.

can a robot write a symphony?

Waymo !! ❤

lower ISO doesn't decrease noise. more light does. you're fine increasing the ISO as far as you want.

Thanks for saying that 👍🏻

most famous staircase on YouTube

only pro phones??

Apple knows they don't do that, so they use the Blackmagic camera app when filming keynotes🤣

They’ll add all those camera features in the 20th anniversary iPhone next year. (iPhone XX)

- can apple also change how you customize the lock screen. This happens all of the time when I hold the device... There's no need!!!!!!!!

madeon mentioned

that spiderman meme in the back

I don’t think most people realize how unbelievable reaching 2 nanometers was. Atoms are measured on a scale of 0.1 to 0.5 nanometers. Being able to mass manufacture chips with engineering at that scale it is completely unbelievably insane. We are essentially at the upper limits of physics can support with these chips. Hundreds of millions of people are using these chips on a daily basis without realizing how incredible the invention and manufacturing of these chips truly is. If you are interested in stuff like this, I would highly recommend looking into the machine machines they used to make these because the process is absolutely incredible. They are called Photolithography machines, the more I learn about how they work the more mind blown I am.

glitch in matrix.

be if only the PWM feature worked like we hope meaning getting rid of the stupid flickering screen. iPhone SE 3 my best phone still .
